Brought in by architects Tate & Co and HTA, Ian was commissioned to realise the designs for a decommissioned water tower at the heart for the Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Garden. Ian invited a total of 17 craftspeople to get involved, bringin their individual expertise to this prominent piece. Their initials are stamped onto the base of the frame for prosperity.
