Chettle is located approximately 8 miles north of Blandford Forum. To reach the forge, take the turning  off the A354 (identified by the signs for the shop and pies) and then, once you're in the village, you will see a cow and calf sculpture about 1/2 mile down the road on your left and side and Lower Farm is opposite.

Due to the fact that the forge is a dangerous working environment, if you are wanting to visit, this must be done by appointment only (3 days notice would be appreciated).
